Travellers contact properties directly, with no booking platform in between.
We look for properties with a real point of view: distinctive architecture, a meaningful history, or a design that could only exist where it is. Every property is reviewed by our editorial team, and most are invited rather than applying.
No. Editorial features are free, and selection can't be bought. Some properties choose separate paid partnerships, such as professional drone and film production or booking referrals. These are always optional and never affect which properties we feature.
Each feature links directly to the property or its representative, so you book with them. We don't add fees or act as a booking platform.
