An in-depth feature
A long-form story on luxurystayworld.com, built from the stay itself, with direct booking links to your own website. You check the facts before anything is published.

For luxury hotels, villas, owners & PR agencies
Hosted stays for luxury hotels, villas and historic houses: an in-depth editorial feature written from the stay itself, with our own photography and aerial drone film.
Be consideredMost LuxuryStayWorld features are built from conversations with owners, archives and the property's own photography. First-hand stays add something only a visit can give: the walk from the door to the room, the light at six in the evening, what the staff do when nobody is watching. We keep the programme small on purpose.
How we choose
We look for places with a reason to exist beyond comfort: a building with a history, an architect with a point of view, a landscape that shapes the stay, or owners who have made something singular. Thread count and marble are not the deciding factor.
We also look at the map. We would rather cover one remarkable house in a region than five similar ones, so timing and geography play a part in which invitations we accept.
What a property receives
A long-form story on luxurystayworld.com, built from the stay itself, with direct booking links to your own website. You check the facts before anything is published.
Licensed photography and drone footage from the visit, shared with you for your own channels, credited to LuxuryStayWorld.
After publication, a short note on how the feature performed: readers, time spent on the page and clicks through to your website.
Why it works
Every link goes to your own booking page, not an online travel agency. The guests we send book with you directly, and you keep the full rate.
A social post fades in a day. An editorial feature stays published, is found through Google and AI search, and keeps sending travellers to you season after season.
We fly a drone where it is permitted. Aerial film shows the setting, the coastline or the estate in a way few travel publications offer.
We track clicks from each feature to your website and share the numbers, so you see exactly what the feature delivered.
Our readers are planning considered, often longer stays. They come for the story of a place, not for the cheapest rate.
A visit in your quieter months costs you little and gives you new material to promote the months that need it most.
How a stay works
1. Introduction. You send your property's story and website. If it fits the collection and our route, we suggest dates.
2. Agreement. We confirm in writing the number of nights, what is included and what we will deliver, before any travel is booked.
3. The stay. Usually two or three nights. We photograph, film where permitted, and talk with the people who make the place work.
4. Review and publication. You check names, dates and facts. The feature is published with direct booking links, and the 30-day report follows.
Our editorial terms
Every feature written from a hosted stay says so, in plain words, on the page. Properties check names, dates and facts, but the impressions are ours. We do not accept payment for features, and a stay does not guarantee one: if a visit does not match what we expected, we say so privately and publish nothing.
Questions
No. LuxuryStayWorld does not charge properties to be featured, and we do not accept payment in exchange for coverage.
Usually two or three nights for one or two people. Meals and transfers are agreed in writing beforehand, so there are no surprises on either side.
Yes. Selected images and aerial clips are shared with you for your own website and social channels, credited to LuxuryStayWorld.
Only with your permission and where local rules allow. Where flying is not possible, we photograph from the ground.
We only publish places we would recommend. If a stay does not meet that standard, we tell you privately and nothing is published.
The collection spans Europe, the Americas and Asia, from castles in Scotland to beach houses in Mexico and villas in Bali. See the full collection.
